AUCTIONEERING TESTIMONIALS
Kent,
Working with you was such a pleasure. You took the time to learn about our organization and understood the urgent need that we are attempting to meet within the community; the reason for our fundraiser.
You worked with us to select the items for our auction and you were available for set up, as well as last minute questions. You were professional, well prepared, and a blast to work with!! You were able to engage our audience and double our donations.
You have my recommendation and I look forward to working with you again next year!!

"Kent French is a terrifc auctioneer and master of ceremonies. His television experience really comes into play the way he relates to an audience. I have been master of ceremonies at several events in which he was the auctioneer and attended others events where he was the m.c. and he's always done an exceptional job. As chairman of the Huntington Beach-Fountain Valley Boys and Girls Clubs annual fundraising auction/gala I personally asked him to be the auctioneer and he did an outstanding job.”

Dear Kent:
Thank you so very much for all of the help and auction expertise that you provided for St. Joseph Hospital's Celebration 2008! Our main objective this year, was to reinvigorate the event by rebranding and enhancing it. Bringing you in as the auctioneer for both the silent and live auction helped us achieve that goal.
In the weeks leading up to the October 4th event, you were both responsive and inquisitive, allowing me to feel at ease with this aspect of the event. During the silent auction, you had the right amount of announcements and read the guests well, focusing their attention on key items. In the live auction, we had more guests involved with the bidding than we have ever before. Your idea of enlisting audience "cheerleaders" was a terrific way to involve everyone in attendance even if they were not bidding. In addition, your style of both professionalism and warmth was a perfect match for our all-new event!
Thank you again for everything and I look forward to working with you again in the near future.
Warm Regards,
Janene Benjamin

Kent French played a major role in achieving our goal of enlivening and refreshing Crescendo, the Long Beach Symphony's major annual fundraising gala. Kent's professionalism, energy, knowledge, and delightful stage presence helped us achieve outstanding results in both our live and silent auctions. Prior to the event, Kent provided excellent consultation and advice - about what is hot and what is not, about pricing, and overall strategy. At the event, Kent was a star! He really knows how to "work the room". His high energy "spotlights" during the silent auction helped maintain focus and strong bidding as each section of the silent auction closed down. For the live auction, Kent was charming, funny, and determined to get the highest possible final bids. At the end of the evening, the Long Beach Symphony's Crescendo achieved a 60% increased net profit over last year and, even more important, created a strong "buzz" of anticipation for Crescendo 2011. See you next year, Kent.
