1-10-09 Kent hosts and auctioneers Athletes and Aces event.

Thanks to everyone’s support and participation, this year’s Athletes and Aces Casino Night was a huge success. Together, we raised more than $40,000 for the many children and parents in need of support in our community.  Contributions like these make it possible for the Child Abuse Prevention Center to help Orange County’s at-risk children and families through its parenting education, prevention and mental health programs. These programs have the power to change and improve lives every day. The event featured over 25 professional athletes including Darin Erstad, Robb Nen, John Lackey, J.S. Giguere, Sammy Pahlsson, and Teemu Selanne.
