Kent served as auctioneer for the annual John Wooden Classic Awards Dinner held at the Anaheim Hilton.  Jim Hill from CBS sports was the master of ceremonies and guests featured Jamal Wilkes, Ann Meyers Drysdale, and of course John Wooden.
